COVID-19: Update – Deadlines in Canada

Dear clients, colleagues and friends

This is a follow up to our previous messages related to the COVID-19 coronavirus outbreak.

The Canadian Intellectual Property Office of Canada issued an update advising the public that all deadlines falling between March 16, 2020 and April 30, 2020 now fall on May 1, 2020.

Nevertheless, we recommend meeting the deadlines if possible.

Furthermore, we confirm that our office remains fully operational and that our employees are using telework to perform all their tasks.
