Montreal, April 19, 2022 – Our two organizations have laid the groundwork for an agreement through which our firm will join TCJ in the coming months.

Our integration within TCJ will allow our clients to benefit from a team of over 400 people, including lawyers, notaries, tax specialists, CPAs, and human resources specialists. This agreement is in line with our firm’s values and is mainly motivated by our common desire to offer an accessible, innovative, and value-creating service. For our clients, this change will result in the maintenance of our current services as well as the addition of several other services that we could not previously offer.

“Our entire team is proud to join TCJ. We were charmed by the organization’s values of simplicity, commitment, audacity, and relevance. It was essential for our team to integrate an organization that would allow us to pursue our business promise of transparency, respect of costs and deadlines, as well as clear communication, in all simplicity” indicates Mrs. France Côté, co-founder of BENOÎT & CÔTÉ.

“It is with great enthusiasm that we welcome the BENOÎT & CÔTÉ team. Their arrival will allow TCJ to offer a wider range of services in intellectual property and to become a unique professional service hub in this field. The team members are recognized locally and internationally. They regularly collaborate with well-known and respected foreign correspondents,” explains Normand Therrien, President and CEO of TCJ.

France Côté will join TCJ as a partner. Patent agents Ibrahim Tamer, Mathieu Miron and Charles-André Caron will also join the organization as partners.
